Over a four week period we will discuss, learn and cook a plant based meal each week that is representative of a culinary tradition from different region of the world. How do you make pasta without an egg?..or how do you have BBQ from Korea without meat? We will cook up answers to these questions, and many more! So come learn how to introduce some healthy and diverse plant based options into your meal repertoire. Please plan to pay a materials fee of $35 at the first class for food.
