Essentrics® Toning and Strengthening Session 1

This is a live, online class.

A 60 minute workout to access, rebalance, and challenge all muscles and joints in your body tomobilize, synergize, and strengthen. We ask the muscles to work in shortened (concentric) and lengthened(eccentric) movement patterns at multiple joint angles, leading to faster strength improvements with moremobility. Great for improving posture, pre-habbing, rehabbing and improving performance.Essentrics is great as your go to fitness modality, or it can “fill in the gaps” in your cross trainingefforts for all levels of athletes: from desk jockeys, to chasing toddlers, to Olympic competitors.

Exercise mat, strap/band. Blocks/risers/telephone book, chair recommended as well as bare feet.

Barre Bootcamp Session 2

This is an online course using ZOOM.

Barre Bootcamp is a low impact workout that will produce a big burn! Barre combines elements of strength training, Pilates/Yoga and dance. Small movements and many reps will help sculpt and tone muscles you didn’t even know you had!

Equipment that will be used include: a chair or countertop or something to hold onto, light hand weights, versa loop, gliding disks for hardwood floors (or use socks or face cloth) for carpet floors (or use paper plate), bender ball (or equivalent). These sessions will be recorded and available to registrants for one-week after each class.

No Class Thanksgiving Week.

Essentrics® Rebalance and Activate Session 2

This is a live, online class which consistes of a 30-minute workout to wake, fire up, and rebalance your body. We'll go at a slower, dynamic pace that increases joint mobility and full muscle engagement. Progressive choreography will access individual muscles and muscle chain in all planes of movement. This helps you move more eaily through your day and optimizes strengthening work.

It's the perfect short workout if you have morning stiffness, are new or newly returning to exercise, and/or are adding cross training into a hard core workout regimen.

No class Nov. 23rd.
