Are you looking to continue your yoga practice, or start up a fresh new healthy habit with the new year? This class if for you! Join us for an hour-long class filled with gentle stretches, easy yoga sequences, relaxing restorative poses, breathing exercises, and an awareness/meditation practice. We welcome all ages and ability levels. You will need a yoga block, belt, pillow, and a willingness to try new things. Your health is in yours hands ~*~

BIO: For 17 years, through her personal yoga journey, Dianna has enjoyed enhanced physical health, pain management, and greater awareness. Earning teaching certification at Nepal Yoga Home, Kathmandu, she teaches steadily in-person (when possible) and online classes.
