This is a live, online class which consistes of a 30-minute workout to wake, fire up, and rebalance your body. We'll go at a slower, dynamic pace that increases joint mobility and full muscle engagement. Progressive choreography will access individual muscles and muscle chain in all planes of movement. This helps you move more eaily through your day and optimizes strengthening work.
It's the perfect short workout if you have morning stiffness, are new or newly returning to exercise, and/or are adding cross training into a hard core workout regimen.
