COVID times have thrown us off kilter in all respects, including our eating habits. In this 4-week class, we will compassionately explore and learn about the physical, emotional and environmental factors that can influence our food choices and eating patterns, with the intention of increasing awareness and creating a healthy balanced relationship with food. Learn exactly what mindful eating is, the different types of hungers that drive our desire to eat, the science behind food cravings and willpower, as well as how nourishing ourselves with food affects our resiliency and can increase our overall well-being. This is a live online class.
